Pupation of the Comma

I've simplified the stages a little.

1. The larva hangs head down and starts to swell.  2. After a short time the skin splits across the back of the head,
3. and is then thrust down the body.  4. The pupas cremaster breaks free of the larval skin
5. and reattaches itself to the silken pad.  6. The still wet and soft pupa then dries out and hardens.
