Olive skipper - Pyrgus serratulae

Family: Hesperiidae.

Flight Time: May-July.

Size: 24-28mm

Altitude: 0-2000m

Looking at the underside hindwing can help with identification. The two marks in the bottom corner, the white line at the top of the hindwing and the roundish spot near the body together point towards Olive skipper as an identification.

This was photographed in the Auvergne in 2003.
